The DuPage County Health Department hosts a PLUS (Positive Living, Understanding and Support) monthly at their Lombard location. The group socializes for the first half hour and then discusses a different topic each month. Light refreshments are provided.
Join us on February 16 when a personal trainer will lead discussion around Fitness and Physical Activity.
